After leaving Drama School Pippa trained in hospitality before spending five years working in all aspects of the industry, including hotel conference and functions management. She then crossed the Atlantic where she spent six months teaching drama in America. On returning to the UK, Pippa spent many years working as an actress on stage, screen, TV and worked on theatre projects with patients at Broadmoor Hospital. She has written numerous plays, including various issue-based plays commissioned by the EU.
Pippa is a skilled facilitator, and is involved in delivering our Diversity Awareness and Customer Care workshops, as well as role-playing for many of our clients. She also leads on our team building workshops, working directly with clients or alongside our learning & development partners. Pippa is heavily involved in writing both forum theatre and one to one role-play scenarios, fully implementing the client brief and creating interactions that give delegates the opportunity to practise their skills, embed learning and realise their potential. Pippa is the CentreStage lead on the recruitment and development of our network of associates across the country.
