As Head of Client Excellence Melanie acts as the voice of the consumer of 3GHR’s training and development services in the business. Her role focuses on the facilitation of the consumer experience, guiding the consumer through the learning experience and supporting them through all the key touch points.
Melanie is approachable and efficient and her various skills, all contribute to her pro-active attitude in her role at 3GHR. She is responsible for ensuring that whatever 3GHR does is done well. Professional, methodical and well organised, Melanie works with major clients globally to manage all of our development programmes.
