Anthea Willey has run influencing and negotiating training for many years with a specialty in ensuring that difficult conversations have productive outcomes and foster collaboration.
She has worked closely with Google, IBM, Nomura, BAE Systems, LinkedIn, PaddyPower, Betfair, Clyde&Co plus many media and digital agencies within the Omnicom, Publicis and WPP Groups. She has also coached senior UK politicians and cabinet ministers.
Before becoming a trainer Anthea spent 18 years in advertising, advising her clients on marketing strategy and communications, running large marcomms projects in the UK and globally. Her clients included Procter & Gamble, Unilever, UK Government, De Beers, Glaxo Smithkline, Kimberly-Clark, Heinz, Kraft, and The Woolwich, a UK retail bank.
Anthea’s attendees and coachees regularly feedback that they find her sessions highly interactive and engaging, as well as productive and full of insight.
