Think about the most useful feedback you’ve ever received. Consider the environment in which it was delivered and how it was delivered. What impact did it have and how did you feel?
Think about any feedback that you’ve received that had the opposite effect – consider the environment, how it was delivered and what made it not land well for you. What was it that was so demotivating?
