They say feedback is a gift – but it doesn’t always feel like it! Explore how to give powerful feedback to develop awareness to improve performance.

Explore how to get comfortable with the uncomfortable, so that feedback is part of your daily interactions with your teams.

Think about the most useful feedback you’ve ever received. Consider the environment in which it was delivered and how it was delivered. What impact did it have and how did you feel?

Think about any feedback that you’ve received that had the opposite effect – consider the environment, how it was delivered and what made it not land well for you. What was it that was so demotivating?
