It’s more important than ever to be able to manage our emotional wellbeing and engage well with others. Being ‘emotionally agile’ enables us to navigate life’s twists and turns with self-acceptance and curiosity – develop self-awareness, tune into and work with (not against) your emotions, develop adaptability and resilience.
