What it is
A 2 module, 5 day strategic leadership programme, run over 3 months, designed to support an organisation to better align people and vision. Leadership Summit is designed specifically to meet the evolving development needs of an organisation’s most senior leadership cadre.
What it does
The programme’s overall theme is ‘Taking Charge’, and is informed by the challenges raised by an organisation’s vision and deals with the reality of leading today with all its complex constraints and opportunities.
It is designed to cover both the behavioural and commercial challenges leaders face. Behaviourally, it addresses the fundamental leadership dilemmas senior leaders’ face on a day-to-day basis.
The programme is a mixture of master classes, scenarios and real life application.

More than ‘just training’, this programme integrates learning into application – delivering workplace outcomes.
