What it is
CHECKpoint™ is a regularly taken survey of the organisation's health – a Pulse Survey. CHECKpoint™ enables management and staff to track progress in those areas that are critical to the organisation's long term success.
What it does
CHECKpoint™ helps organisations identify key success factors and areas for improvement, as well as helping successful organisations maintain that success by offering guidance. It also provides a comparison between what's important to employees (an importance score) and how they see each factor at the moment (a current performance score).
Why it is unique
CHECKpoint™ only has 28 questions, so can be completed by all employees online within 10 minutes. The survey automatically generates a full report with actionable items and recommendations on how to maintain and/or address them.
