Spring changes at 3gHR

Spring has certainly sprung for 3gHR, and we have some changes to let you know about.

We are delighted to introduce you to Andrew Adams.

Andrew joins 3gHR as our Sales Director, focusing on developing and delivering our new business sales and marketing strategies. Andrew will be driving the lead generation, conferences and events, the qualification and winning of new business.

In this role, Andrew will work closely with Emma Taylor (3gHR Client Director) in our efforts to continue to improve the way we engage with new prospects and then ensure that we work in close partnership with our clients in a way that enables us to fully understand their specific needs and tailor our solutions accordingly.

Andrew joins us from Sodexo, where he was National Sales Manager, leading a team of account managers and new business sales managers. His move away from Employee Benefits to Training and Development is a natural progression, from his extensive dealings with HR professionals Andrew understands and appreciates the results that can be achieved by companies that are prepared to invest in their staff.
