• Circle has been designed to cover the fundamentals of good management practice, with 8 possible modules to choose from
• Each module represents a one day training workshop which can be scheduled over a period of several months
• Each module is delivered by a different subject matter expert, maximising diversity of impact and style
• What makes it unique is that the modules need not be taken in sequence, allowing managers to join at any point and complete the series at their own pace
• Circle has been designed to inlcude an optional 360 degree feedback offering, which allows delegates to map their individual priorities before attending the programme, giving them insight into how others see their performance in the areas addressed during the Circle, therefore target their improvement
• 3gHR is an Endorsed ILM Provider for Circle. Upon successful completion of an assessment which demonstrates the application of learning from the Circle, the delegates will recieve an ILM parchment.
• In addition, delegates could be invited to join a Circle Alumni, which over time may become an annual event.
• Your Circle is flexible - you can pick and choose the modules which are most relevant to your organisaion.
