Change your view - look through the round window

"It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the ones most responsive to change."

Charles Darwin

No one can deny that in these uncertain times, it is more important than ever that you raise your management game. And yet, if you are like many other companies looking to cut costs, investment in management development might be looking a bit too easy to ‘defer’ right now.

With this paradox in mind 3gHR, a leading provider of management and leadership development programmes, has created the Circle – an innovative approach to developing managers whist minimising costs.

The Circle is a series of one-day training workshops aimed at front line managers who are considered rising/top talent. Run over a number of months, each module covers a key aspect of management, with 12 possible modules to choose from.

The Circle is flexible - you can pick and choose the modules which are most relevant to your organisation.

As a consultancy we would also be happy to work with you internally to design any additional modules you feel are pertinent to your current business needs and drivers.

Circle could be implemented as multiple in-house programmes either to be run on company sites or offsite based on regional mapping and budgetary considerations.

Upon successful completion of an assessment which demonstrates the application of learning from the Circle, the participants have the opportunity to receive an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) parchment.

To help delegates map their individual priorities before attending the Circle, you may also elect for each participant to undergo a 360˚ assessment - Circle 360˚ – providing individual face to face feedback. This enables them to get an insight into how others see their performance in the areas addressed during the Circle training and therefore target their improvement. Each of the modules of the Circle is facilitated by an expert in that area maximising diversity and style.

The 12 modules are:
