Shawn O'Rouke

Shawn O'Rourke is an experienced organisation and human resource development professional who is successful in implementing HRD practices and policies in a wide variety of industries. Shawn's ability to work with people at all levels of an organisation enables him to achieve outstanding results. He is particularly experienced in developing Leaders and their teams.

Professional Experience
He started his career in operational management before moving into Human Resources and eventually specialising in HRD. In 1995 he became an independent consultant. In 1997 he became a Director of The McMillan Partnership, a mid sized HRD consultancy. He now runs Blue Fox Consulting ltd.

He has extensive international experience having worked within the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific, the Caribbean and the USA.
