Biography
Before founding 3G HR Ltd Scott founded, grew and sold another successful
international management consultancy and established a UK consulting
subsidiary for a US based firm. As a consultant and businessman
he brings a strong commercial acumen to his personal consulting
activity; helping organisations ensure their people's skills and
motivations are in-line with their business needs.
Prior to that Scott held a number of management
positions at ICL including managing their Customer Training Operations,
Business Unit management and various internal Consulting, Marketing
and Business Development roles.
Scott is also currently writing a book with the
working title A roadmap to Employer
