Maureen Gallagher

Maureen is an international Organisational and Leadership Development Consultant with twenty years experience of working in a wide range of organisations. She is committed to high standards of achievement and quality which, combined with her own managerial experience, provides a credible and pragmatic approach to helping leaders achieve their goals.

For the last nine years Maureen has worked with a variety of leaders, in both group and individual situations, to help them define, and achieve, their personal goals and career aspirations - working on the belief that ‘you can’t lead others until you can lead yourself.’ She has formed long-term relationships where appropriate and in these instances has continued to work with the leaders to create organizations where they can use, and develop, the potential of their people. As several of her clients are global companies, who are market leaders in their field, she has the advantage of understanding what is required to be a world-class leader.

Her prime consulting focus is in addressing specific client's business needs through:

Biography
Previously Maureen was a consultant at Price Waterhouse, specializing in Change Management, and in the 1980’s Maureen gained much leading-edge experience and expertise through her positions in DEC. Here, she created one of the earliest pan-European Competency Frameworks and associated processes and tools, which were used as the basis for developing key people into strategic roles. She also was head of Management Training and Development within the UK, where she was responsible for the specification and provision of all leadership development initiatives.
Maureen is a qualified and experienced user of several psychometric instruments including MBTI, Firo-B. She also works with 360 Feedback tools.
