Many businesses lack the people focus that it takes to have people

Level 5 Leadership is the term coined for an individual who blends
extreme personal humility with intense professional will (Jim
Collins Good to Great). The research that led to
the discovery of what has become known as level five leadership
is counter intuitive and even counter cultural, as we have been
brought up to believe great leaders are charismatic personalities
who are extrovert by personality and somewhat Type A in behaviour.
This is proven not to be the case.
There is no quick ten step approach to attaining Level 5 Leadership,
so what we offer is a development
