Personal Effectiveness

What it is

An interactive two day programme, aimed at increasing personal performance. Challenging participants to look at their current working practices and identify strategies to allow them to become more effective and efficient.

What it does

The first day explores the area of stress, working with participants to identify a range of potential techniques for harnessing pressure and maximising performance in stressful situations.  The second day moves into practical personal organisation and the management of priorities, time and energy levels.

Why it is unique

The event is highly practical, presenting current theories, and hints and tips, effectively coaching participants to develop their own personal strategies for managing stress and workload pressures.
