What it is
A pragmatic and thought-provoking leadership development programme which explores the key opportunities and challenges facing senior leaders.
What it does
The programme leads participants through a 4 month process of insight and discovery, application and testing, action planning and implementation; consisting of three distinct modules:
- Module 1: Foundation (3 days) focuses on measuring leadership bench strength.
- Module 2: Leadership Signature (2 days) focuses on personal leadership and leading others.
- Module 3: Catalyst: (1 day) focuses on leading people though change.
