Sue Stafford
What coaching means to me...
“Coaching gives a safe, reflective space which empowers an individual to consider their situation in depth and find their own answers and way forward.”
Coaching Style and Approach
I act as a confidential neutral sounding board by supportively challenging assumptions where appropriate and making linkages which a client may not have seen for themselves. By an in depth analysis of the individuals needs I choose which coaching models/tools will best suit their learning styles. My desire is to help others achieve for themselves and leave them in a knowledgeable place of how to use some of the insights gained on a continually learning basis in the future. Words used to describe me are pragmatic, honest, open, flexible and professional.
