What coaching means to me...
“It’s that pivotal moment when someone’s perspective suddenly shifts, they see the issue in some new way, the energy changes and you know they are en route to a significant breakthrough. This is when the value add occurs, this is when things become easier, better for them.”
Coaching Style and Approach
When coaching Executives I adopt a pragmatic approach, using a unique process model. The key is to ensure that the client leaves every session with practical actions that can be implemented immediately.
I believe that the development of an open, trusting relationship is a fundamental element of any coaching activity. Only by having such a firm foundation can there be an environment that allows for appropriate support and challenging.
