Karen has over 25 successful years working in “blue chip” businesses as an HR Practitioner. She is a grounded individual and throughout her career has been measured on output and results at personal and organisational level. The past 12 years she has operated at Board level, developed and implemented business aligned People Strategies and led large European teams. She is no stranger to turbulent business times, and the many differing challenges of diversity found in business. Throughout this period of her career she has worked in a highly competitive and complex business environment both internally and externally. Recent personal results have included the design and implementation of a virtual European shared service organisation.

Relevant Qualifications and Personal Development
Karen is a Certified Business Coach (CBC) of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC),and she has successfully completed a formalised coaching development programme accredited by the WABC, Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and Association for Coaching (AC) course recognition.
She is a registered practitioner in a range of psychometrics including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI Step 1) questionnaire, the most widely used personality questionnaire in the world. She has Fellow status of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) the UK’s leading professional body for those Involved in the management and development of people.
