Coaching Style and Approach

Jenny has twenty years experience of working at Director level within the charitable and not-for-profit sector. Prior to setting up her own business she worked as Corporate Services Director for Notting Hill Housing Group and HR Director for Look Ahead. She worked on assignment to Cancer Research UK (3500 staff and turnover £400m) as Executive Director of Organisational Development.

As a coach Jenny has worked with leaders across sectors since 2003, from charitable and not for profit, to Private Health Care, manufacturing and IT.  A sample of her previous clients is:

Examples of Coaching Models Used

  • Jenny uses a variety of techniques in coaching situations depending on the needs of the individual.  Her approach includes helping the client to understand their values and drivers, setting outcomes for the coaching sessions and bringing her skills as a master Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner to helping clients to see their situation from a new perspective , make effective choices or breaking  an unhelpful habit.
  • She uses tools such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI level II), Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), Goldman based emotional intelligence Tools (ESCI).
