Prior to becoming a professionally qualified coach, worked for 20 years in the blue chip corporate sector in the UK, Australia, and France. Last position held was CEO of a business with a £300m turnover employing 2,500 people. Full time coach since 2002 working across a broad spectrum of organisations in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
Clients are predominantly, but not exclusively, positioned at CEO, Director, and Senior Management levels.
