What coaching means to me...
“A great conversation that helps you reflect, learn and change something to help you perform better. It’s about a contracted relationship that is centred on you within the context of your organisation.
I am consistently humbled by the huge impact a good coach can have on your day, your work and your life.”
Coaching Style and Approach
In many ways I have a natural coaching style that has developed from my younger years as
a sports coach through to working with captains of organisations today. My approach is
integrative, bringing many different tools and models to inform my work. Over the years a
number of common themes can be heard from clients I have worked with - warm yet
prepared to challenge, professional, high integrity and easy to talk with.
