After starting out in retail Keith joined the Financial Services sector where he held several positions in Sales Management before realising his passion for people development in a National Field Training Role.  This led to him joining a major player in the UK Healthcare Sector in 2001, working initially in the Sales Function before developing his career in HR.  This entailed Keith leading teams across the UK and Internationally to deliver Leadership Development, Talent Management, Mentoring, Coaching, Employee Engagement and Learning & Development Strategic Interventions.

Keith’s approach is based on helping leaders to achieve their maximum potential.  Working on their behaviours, brand and strengths in order to develop new capabilities.  Recognised as a true professional in his approach while operating with a strong sense of ethics in his coaching practice.

Throughout the latter part of his career Keith became known as a competent, trusted and impactful Coach and Mentor to leaders at all levels in the business.  He now works exclusively in the HR Consulting arena, focusing on people development interventions built around his Coaching Practice Senior Business Executive.  He has experience across numerous sectors including; Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, Banking and SME.
