years. During that time we have supported them in a range of
HR initiatives, from designing and implementing Performance
Management and 360 feedback process, to developing and delivering
Global Regional Leadership Development Programmes and programmes
to develop internal consulting skills (recently independently
benchmarked by Corporate Executive Board as global best
practice). In supporting them we have worked in Asia,
Europe and the US. |

Oracle

and competency development process, supported the design and
roll-out of performance management across Europe and Africa,
developed and delivered a number of development centres and

Toyota:
As Toyota was looking to change their leadership style they
engaged us to develop a Development Centre for their entire
field management population. Run over a 6 month period we helped
the managers to identify their current style and relative Strengths/Weakness/Opportunities/Threats
in relation to the new style. As a result of our success, we
were also asked to extend the programme to the Lexus field managers |

Vodafone Ireland:
Was originally spun out of the previously Nationalised PTT.
With the boom in Mobile Telecoms they found themselves with
an explosion in the number of people employed and job roles.
We were asked to analyse their organisation, develop a competency
framework and development infrastructure to support it. The
project was achieved to the boards satisfaction in less
than 9 months and ahead of budget! |

As one of the worlds most admired companies we were particularly
pleased to be awarded the contract to help them develop an approach
to enhancing the competency and effectiveness of the sales function
