DAVID BUTTERWORTH
Background
With over 14 years development and coaching experience gained within a FTSE 100 company, David has worked successfully with leaders at all levels, intact teams, and individuals to bring about enhanced performance. Following a successful career in Retail and Sales management, David moved into a Leadership Development role within a blue chip organisation, and subsequently established his own Consulting business. David is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, the UK’s leading professional body for those involved in the management and development of people. He is also a registered practitioner of the Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI step 1 and 2) questionnaire, the most widely used personality questionnaire in the world.

David is an enthusiastic and motivational leadership development consultant. His style is encouraging and supportive, founded on establishing trust, and working in a pragmatic way with individuals to build on existing strengths, maximising personal potential and self confidence to ultimately deliver superior performance.
CAROLINE CUTLIFFE
Background
Caroline has over 20 years experience working in business: 6 years in the public sector; 3 years with the British Amateur Gymnastics Association in Marketing and 11 years in IT (Oracle Corporation) before becoming an independent Consultant. Areas of specialism are in Mentoring, Induction, Succession Planning & Talent Management, Performance Management, 360 feedback and the application of Corporate Social Leadership in employee development.

Caroline is a highly experienced and successful Talent and Organisational Development Consultant with a proven track record in Management and Professional Development across a diverse and complex industry. Able to generate new ideas and use tactical thinking to deliver fast results, she is also passionate about development of tomorrow’s workforce through working with local education and the community in partnership with corporate organisations. She is a strong believer in the power of networking for creating opportunities and strategic partnerships and is very enthusiastic with the ability to motivate others through her open and versatile approach.
CAROLINE DAVIES
Background
Caroline is an experienced Learning & Development Consultant with a track record of delivering strategic programmes to global blue-chip organisations. Key areas of expertise include: providing professional development & leadership training to middle & senior management; the ability to analyse business needs and tailor strategic L&D programmes to develop leadership capabilities globally; a deep understanding of motivational factors and 'barriers to performance'; and extensive experience delivering executive coaching programmes.

Caroline is warm, energetic and committed, and she strongly believes that building openness and trust are essential to powerful working relationships. She focuses on providing a supportive, yet challenging environment that will facilitate personal insight and enhance and facilitate leadership development and personal growth.
ANDY MAGGS
Background
Andy is an experienced HRD management consultant with combined consultancy and operational management experience. Andy has operated at senior management and director levels for the last 15 years, including HR Manager to acting General Manager of Champneys. Andy has a BA in Management Studies and Post Graduate diploma qualification in Management Training. He also holds a certificate in Counselling and is currently studying for a masters degree. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Chartered Institute of Directors.
Working Style
Andy has extensive experience and skills in helping teams of all shapes and sizes perform better. Over the last 15 years he has worked with many large and medium sized progressive organisations, cross industry (technology, service, telecoms, retail, financial services) in the UK, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region to help them improve the performance of their staff, teams and leaders.
SHAWN O'ROURKE
Background
Shawn started his career in operational management before moving into HR and eventually specialising in People Development. He has worked with Leaders at all levels within many global organisations, working with many different cultures in various parts of the world, including Australia, the Caribbean, U.S.A, Europe, China and the Asia Pacific region. He holds a degree in Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is also qualified and experienced in the use of a range of psychometrics and developmental tools.
Working Style
In working with some of the world’s most successful and demanding companies, Shawn has developed a unique blend of insights into human behaviour and its impact on performance at work. Shawn specialises in the development of the personal competencies of Leaders, helping them to identify and, where appropriate, change behaviours to enhance personal performance, as well as enabling them to get the best from those with whom they work. Shawn also works with Leaders and their teams, with a focus on developing tangible business outputs while helping them to become a cohesive unit, identifying more effective ways of achieving results and developing strong, durable relationships. He balances an innovative mind with pragmatism and a strong results focus.
ANGELA PHILLIPS
Background
Angela’s educational background in Management Sciences and Organisational Psychology gives her a strong theoretical base. She specialises in the design and facilitation of learning and development programmes and in the facilitation of change through organisational consultancy and one-to-one coaching. Angela has a personally strong belief in the concept of life long learning and is currently studying for her MSc in Executive Coaching.
Working Style
Angela’s style is to build in-depth and trusting relationships with people to facilitate the achievement of business and learning goals. She has an enthusiastic and open approach plenty of international experience across Asia, Europe and North America. Through this experience Angela has developed a unique perspective on the cultural implications of globalisation on leadership which she uses to help leaders explore their own leadership style and approach in multi-cultural work environments.
