Bruce is an experienced, skillful coach and facilitator specialising in supporting individuals and groups across the world to manage and reduce the pressures experienced in the workplace.

Having worked in a variety of roles for four large organisations and been a director/partner in a consultancy, he has acquired considerable knowledge and learning from leading interventions and diverse experiences at all levels.  He is driven by his desire to continue making a powerful difference, pass on his accrued wisdom and implement sustainable change.  Clients describe Bruce as providing a balance of challenge and support, introducing fresh thinking, flexible in his approach and practically focused.  His clients range from housing organisations to the Royal College of Nursing, Astellas Pharmaceuticals to Xerox.

Bruce has published ‘Powering Through Pressure’, delivers Resilience masterclasses and is an active member of ISMA.  He now strives to provide the skills, strategies and approaches that are currently needed to not only survive, but thrive in a complex, demanding, uncertain, constantly changing and chaotic business world.
