As an Organisation and Leadership Development Specialist, Angela Phillips-Stockwell has a proven track record in Consultancy. Angela has an education in Organisational Psychology, which combined with her business experience across Asia, Europe, and North America, gives her a unique perspective on international leadership and the cultural implications and advantages of globalisation.
Angela previously had a successful career with ICL Fujitsu as Business Manager for the Management & Leadership Development function within the Executive Education Division, and has over fifteen years of functional and line management experience in IT and Retail – implementing performance reviews, recruiting, coaching, organisational counselling and conflict resolution, in addition to supplier management and customer service. Angela is qualified and licensed in most major psychometrics, and is a SHL and PDI, 360 practitioner.
Today Angela works with some of the world’s most successful international companies. In doing so she is constantly growing her own competence, developing her experience and ensuring she stays ahead by continually questioning best practice and implementing innovative solutions. Angela has recently been awarded a Masters in Executive Coaching with the Academy of Executive Coaches (AoEC) and Middlesex University.
Leadership: Angela has designed and implemented Leadership and Coaching Programs, aimed at training managers to use ‘Conscious Leadership’ techniques in understanding their own leadership style and through this, release the potential of their people.
Change: Angela has unique experience of leading organisational transformation through behavioural change. Through her involvement in several high profile mergers, Angela specifically focuses on the aspects of merging cultures and defining the winning environment for the newly formed organisation.
Individual Executive Coaching: Angela is able to inspire leaders to maximize their personal and professional potential. Angela provides support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has and to challenge assumptions and thoughts that are blocking or disabling the client moving forward. This means exploring areas of possibility and potential, eliciting solutions and strategies from the client, enabling new thinking, attitudes or behaviours – helping people reach new levels of performance.
Assessment and Development Centres: Angela designs and builds Assessment and Development Centres for various business situations ranging from career development to leadership progression and transition. Designed around a series of competency based simulations, psychometric tests and relevant case studies, people walk away with a clear plan of their own development and future direction.
