Angela uses several methodologies and tools for her Consultancy assignments and is qualified and licensed in most major psychometrics, is a qualified 360 practitioner and is able to run Covey Leadership programs. In addition to her management consulting experience, Angela has more than ten years of functional and line management experience in IT and Retail. This background in implementing and carrying out performance reviews, recruiting, coaching, organisational counselling and conflict resolution, plus supplier management and customer service means her focus is always pragmatic and sensitive to the real challenges of managing in organisations.
