Angela Phillips is an International Organisation & Leadership
Development Consultant, with a proven track record in leading edge
Human Resource Consultancy. Angela's educational background in Management
Sciences and Psychology gives her a strong theoretical base. This,
combined with her work across three continents, Asia, Europe &
North America, gives her a unique perspective on international leadership
and the cultural implications and advantages of globalisation.
Prior to founding Inez Consulting Limited in February 2001, Angela
was a Main Board Director of the McMillan Partnership Limited for
nine years and had specific responsibility for Consultancy &
Organisation Development. Before the McMillan Partnership, Angela
had an impressive career with ICL where she was Business Manager
for their Management & Leadership Development business within
the Executive Education Division. Her experience and expertise has
covered a wide range of human resource development and in particular,
leadership & organisation development. This includes

The work Angela has done in Organisation Development has focused
on competency-based programmes that provide practical frameworks
to enable organisation's to plan, develop and grow the potential
of their people. A key feature of her approach is to ensure these
frameworks are easily accessible to individuals with the organisation.
Allowing them to take responsibly for their own development and
creating a balanced responsibility that influences the learning
culture of an Organisation.
Angela is also has some unique experience of leading organisational
culture change through behavioural change and has worked on some
cutting edge culture change. Angela uses several methodologies and
tools for her Consultancy assignments and is qualified and licensed
in most major psychometrics, is a qualified 360 practitioner and
is able to run Covey Leadership programs.
In addition to her management consulting experience, Angela has
more than ten years of functional and line management experience
in IT and Retail. This background in implementing and carrying out
performance reviews, recruiting, coaching, organisational counselling
and conflict resolution, plus supplier management and customer service
means her focus is always pragmatic and sensitive to the real challenges
of managing in organisations.
Angela works with some of the world's most successful international
companies. In doing so she is constantly growing her own competence,
developing her experience and ensuring she stays ahead by continually
questioning best practice and implementing cutting edge solutions.
