About Us

As our logo indicates, our business is about ‘appreciating people’.

We appreciate that the driving force behind 3gHR comes from its staff… the true assets to any company. We are a strong team of individuals that complement each other with different skill sets, but we all share the same work ethic and values.

We are committed to learning, development and the HR industry and we challenge ourselves as much as we do our clients. Overall our aim is to be dynamic, creative and enjoy what we do… this is reflected in our work and results!

Emma loves

"Forrest Gump" moments when she is out running and just wants to keep going, travelling the world supporting England & the British Lions rugby teams, drinking wine in the sun and laughing so much that she aches…

What keeps her awake at night is…

Ideas that she wants to put into practice there and then, negative mindsets people have about themselves that prevent them from fully engaging in coaching or training and ineffective appraisal processes.
