Scott is a highly skilled facilitator with extensive experience of working at a strategic level within Europe and Asia. Due to high demand from our global clients his passport is never far away from his reach!!

Working with some of the world’s leading companies, Scott’s passion is developing people strategies to deliver business goals, and engaging leadership teams during times of change to maintain peak performance.

Julia Pearson
Chief Architect

Julia has 18 years’ experience in the management of talent, and uses her international client experience of implementing and evaluating programmes in leadership, management, personal development, and coaching to support internal HR professionals.

With her warm, approachable and insightful approach, Julia transmits energy to those she works with helping to find solutions to challenging situations.

Andrew Adams

Andrew is responsible for managing the acquisition and development of new clients and has worked with HR Directors and high level decision makers across a wide breadth of industries from Retail to Manufacturing and everything in-between.

Throughout Andrew’s career his passion has been about the delivery of business to business services which add real value.

Andrew loves: His family and anything to do with the sea – he is a keen kitesurfer, wakeboarder and enjoys sailing on the solent.

Principal Consultant

Simon is an adaptable, results oriented L&D professional with a proven track record across highly competitive industries including international sport, retail, automotive and technology.

As a commercially astute creator of solutions his unique approach delivers bespoke interventions designed to inspire people and teams to achieve the extraordinary.

Sarah Barlow
Operations Manager

Sarah is responsible for the day to day running of 3gHR’s offices and is also PA to the Managing Director. Passionate about good service and professionalism, Sarah is outgoing, enthusiastic and loves to learn new skills.

Highly organised, process driven, and detail focused, her role covers management of facilities, suppliers, accounts, website and providing support to the 3gHR team and associates.

Sarah loves: Films, books, Tudor history and a job well done.

Melanie Medhurst
Programme Manager

Melanie is an approachable and efficient Programme Manager with various skills, all of which contribute to her pro-active attitude in her role at 3gHR. She is responsible for ensuring that whatever 3gHR does is done well.

Professional, methodical and well organised, Melanie works with major clients globally to manage all of our development programmes. She also supports aspects of Marketing and Technology within 3gHR, making her a versatile member of the team.

Alice Stonehewer

Alice is a highly experienced Learning and Development professional, now a Consultant with 3gHR.  Alice’s approach is grounded in the commercial world and she is passionate about creating engaging and pragmatic learning that delivers results for individuals and businesses.

Alice combines her corporate experience with her experience as a Pilates and fitness coach, to bring a professional, energetic and warm approach to people development.

Charlene Robbins
Training Administrator

Charlene is responsible for supporting the coordination and administration of all 3gHR’s training and coaching programmes.  She has vast experience in dealing with delegates and associates alike, aided by her friendly and approachable nature.

She is organised, logical and efficient; the perfect skillset for her hands-on role within the 3gHR team.
